Services for SEN assessments (Dyslexia etc)

Individual Assessments is led by Alison Davies, a qualified Specific Learning Difficulties Tutor and Assessor who has extensive experience supporting individuals with Autism, Specific Learning Difficulties, Speech and Language, Attention and Sensory differences.

Primary and secondary online tuition, dyslexia tuition, study skills, maths tuition and assessment to inform teaching programme.

Coast Education is a small team, providing face-to-face assessments in Lancing (near Brighton), Bristol, Monmouth (Wales)  and remote assessments via Zoom/Teams (UK and beyond). They are also able to offer young people an assessment companion, therapy dog Auntie Joy.

One to One Tutoring and Specialist Tutoring for Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SpLD) are available. Karen teaches traditional subjects and also specialises in Dyslexia, but can cover a whole spectrum of special needs.
Tutoring and do Assessments are offered during term time or school holidays and I am very flexible and will travel to the familiar surroundings of your own home or you can use a specially comfortable room at Dottys Dyslexia in Helmsley, Ryedale. near York.
