Whether you want to pursue a formal GCSE qualification in order to meet the criteria for a change in career, or just want to increase your confidence in maths so you can help your child with their homework, the Adult Maths Class is a nurturing and fun environment to learn, or re-learn, maths! Our adult students come from all walks of life, and are eager to learn maths again for a huge variety of different reasons and goals – and our teachers instruct the class in a way that is easy and accessible for all.

Inclusive books for families with (and without) hearing loss. The books feature bold and optimistic deaf characters (they call them Super Hearoes), who are proud to sport their cochlear implants and/or hearing aids and love using their voices to communicate - sometimes with the help of their hands too! Alongside their friends, teachers, therapists and families, the Super Hearoes encounter and overcome diverse challenges.

Trauma OT is a York based occupational therapy service that offers a non-judgemental and compassion focussed approach to practice.

We provide assessment and treatment for children and adults who have been exposed to trauma and are experiencing a range of developmental problems, sensory and emotional dysregulation and dissociation. 

Focusing on sensory and attachment-based issues we help people repair and re-build their lives using a range of effective therapies. We warmly welcome referrals from individuals, parents/careers, schools, local authorities and other independent organisations/health professionals. 

Up-skill your work force by signing them up for some tuition, group training, or CPD, that will help your staff to navigate the math-based areas of their job, and help you to ensure the smooth running of your business. We can collaborate with you to design a programme that fits around the needs of your business, and develops your staff subject knowledge so they can work confidently and competently, to achieve your business goals and vision.
