The Hope service

The Hope service is a multi-agency service for young people aged 11 to 18 who are experiencing complex mental health, emotional, social and behavioural needs which could cause a placement breakdown or may require a psychiatric hospital admission. These needs cannot be met by one agency alone. It is a joint partnership between Health Services, Children's Services and Education who work together to provide support to young people in the community and through day programme provision. At Hope there is a dedicated team of social workers, nurses, teachers, psychologists, art/drama therapists, psychiatrists, a systemic family worker and activity workers.

The Nest Farms

At The Nest we offer day placements to children, teenagers and young adults, helping them to grow, build resilience, and understand themselves a little better, all with the help of a small farm. The Nest Farm is a new charity responding to the overwhelming demand for mental health support for young people in Suffolk. Based near Framlingham. Our young people will be involved in all aspects of running the farm; gaining new skills, increasing in confidence, and spending vital time away from the pressures of everyday life.

Virtual School

The Virtual School supports the education of children in care. It is not a building and children and young people do not attend. They remain the responsibility of the school where they are enrolled. The Virtual School works in partnership with the child or young person's educational setting and their social worker, parents and carers. They support them to fulfil their potential at all stages of their education. This gives them the best opportunity to be successful in their adult lives.

WAKELET

A few years ago, founder Jamil found himself encountering the same problem over and over again; how to save, organise and share a collection of links in a meaningful and visually-engaging way. Jamil set out to find a better way of doing things; a way to bookmark, organise and curate content from across the web and use it to create beautiful, informative and engaging collections.
Today, millions of people around the world use Wakelet every day. Educators, students, organisations and individuals are all using the platform to curate content from across the web, gather research, create digital portfolios, tell digital stories, distribute newsletters, and much, much more.
