Hayley has successfully acted for parents across a number of Local Authority areas - from obtaining an EHC Needs Assessment right through to extremely complex post-19 Appeals. She has a vast range of expertise in SEND Tribunal work and carries out all of the legal work involved with representing parents of children/young persons in the SEND Tribunal in order to obtain fundamental special educational provision for them.

Nicole is the lead practitioner within SEN Legal with respect of Social Care and will very often act in matters which have a complicated social care element, including where there are child protection concerns. She has had good success in taking the heat out of difficult situations, and clearly asserting the roles and responsibilities of education and social care, where these have become blurred.
